100 g ricotta cheese
100 g strong provolone chips
1 pinch of paprika
8 slices of ham
1/2 melon, seeds removed
In a bowl, mix the ricotta, provolone and paprika.
Place 1 tablespoon of preparation on each slice of ham, roll and secure with a toothpick.
Form melon into balls using an apple corer. Place rolls in a bowl or dish surrounded by melon balls. At the time of serving, season with some pepper.
