Butter for greasing
25g of flour and a little more for flouring
100g of black chocolate, chopped
5 eggs with the yolks and whites separated
200g icing sugar
25g vanilla sugar
50g melted butter

Serves 4 to 6
Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Grease a cake pan with butter and flour it. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and remove from heat.
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with half the sugar. Stir in the melted butter and chocolate, mix, sift flour and starch over and mix well.
In a dry bowl, form soft peaks with the egg whites and add the rest of the icing sugar. Gradually add them into the chocolate mixture and transfer to the greased mold.
Bake the Delight for about 40 minutes, remove from oven and let cool. Refrigerate before unmolding and serve.
