Mix the flour, grated orange peel, 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, the milk, the melted butter, the sugar and a pinch of salt. Strain the dough to avoid the formation of lumps.
Heat a pan and cook the pancakes thin and until golden brown.
Peel the oranges and take out the segments. Use the rest to make some orange juice. Heat a pan and add the sugar and the butter.
Caramelise the sugar and add the liquor and the orange juice with the orange segments in it.
Boil for a moment.
Put the pancakes in the plates and fill them with the oranges and put sauce on top.
Add a ball of vanila ice cream and serve inmediately.
