Da Bruno restaurants say goodbye to summer and welcome the fall, culminating in this past weekend's Harvest Festival, held in Da Bruno Sul Mare along the promenade of Marbella. This is a traditional event in which there was a wine tasting of the best crop of the year, as well as a variety of tapas specially prepared for the occasion. Like every year, the Da Bruno restaurant group brought freshly squeezed grapes from the Cortijo de los Aguilares (Ronda) for friends and guests to sample the sweet, delicious juice.
The wine industry gives rise to this festival, which dates from the seventeenth century, when farmers celebrated the end of the season, playing guitar, singing and dancing, giving free rein to the joy of a year of work completed. This festival is held every year in different parts of the world, in honor of the wine and Da Bruno wants to share all the original tradition. Thus, Ristorante Da Bruno wishes to honor the holiday which year after year gains more followers and lovers of good wine.
