25 g butter and a little more for greasing
1 liter milk
250 g of semolina
2 eggs yolks, lightly beaten
80 g freshly grated parmesan
100 g cooked ham, chopped
Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Then, bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan and add a pinch of salt. Pour in the semolina, stirring, and cook over low heat while stirring for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, let the milk cool a little and stir in the egg yolks, 50 g of parmesan and ham.
Form gnocchi to be somewhat squashed, arrange them on a greased source and spread the remaining parmesan and chopped butter over them.
Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
