200 g Sugar
50 ml of vodka
Thinly peel the peeling of one of the lemons and squeeze all three.
Pour 500 ml of water in a saucepan, add sugar and lemon peel and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Boil 15 minutes and then remove from heat. Remove and discard lemon peel and let the syrup cool.
Strain the lemon juice over the syrup and add vodka.
Transfer to refrigerator and freeze 20 minutes or the time specified in your refrigerator instructions.
