Mix 100 gr strawberries in a mixer and then add the mascarpone cheese and the sugar.
Cut the muffins in half.
Put a layer in a container and soak with Grand Marnier.
Put some crea on top and add another layer of muffins and liquor.
Add another layer of cream and another one of wet muffins: finish with a layer of cream.
Chop some strawberries (leave 2 or 3 for the decoration) and place on top.
Prepare the re jelly following the manufacturer’s instructions and add on top.
Let rest in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
Cut into pieces and serve on plates decorated with strawberries and mint leaves.
