Serves for 6
250 g of flour, and a little more for flour
50 g of sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of olive oil, and a little more for frying
175 ml of white wine
Icing sugar for dusting
Sift the flour over a bowl, add the sugar and make a hole in the center.
Take the egg, the egg yolk, the olive oil and the wine, stir and let the dough rest at least 30 minutes.
On a floured surface, spread it to turn it into a thin dough and cut it with a pastry cutter curly edges in strips of 10 cm long and 3 cm wide.
Make a loose knot in the center of the strips.
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the Chiacchiere.
Remove them with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
