Serves for 4
1 kg of clean asparagus
50 g of butter, and a little more for greasing
100 g of cured ham sliced
65 g freshly grated Parmesan
Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Drain the asparagus and dry gently.
Extends the ham slices on work surface, arrange two stalks of asparagus large or three small on each slice, roll up and secure each roll with a toothpick.
Put in greased source, sprinkle with parmesan and then the butter, and bake 10 minutes.
Serve immediately the rolls.
