Cut the aubergine and the courgette in slices and season them.
Beat the eggs with the flour. Heat some olive oil in a pan.
Pass the vegetables in the eggs and fry them until golden brown.
Put the peeled tomato in a ceramic dish, put a layer of aubergines, another one of courgettes, the mext one of mozzarella cheese in slices, the basil leaves, another layer of aubergines, courgettes, mozzarella cheese, basil, aubergine and at the end the Parmesan cheese.
Gratiné 10 minutes in the oven until golden brown.
Serve either hot or warm.
