GRUPO DA BRUNO OPENS ITS DOORS, COMPLYING WITH ALL DISTANCE AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS OF PHASE 1 OF DE-CLIMBING
Marbella, May 2020. Grupo de Restauración Da Bruno opens its doors again after passing the province of Malaga to Phase I of the de-escalation. Adapting to the de-climbing regulations due to the health crisis, which comes into force on Monday 18th May, and with all the safety and hygiene measures required for this type of establishment. A maximum quota of diners will be established, so it is recommended to make a reservation in advance.
The reopening of the Da Bruno restaurants will also take place in stages, and so on Monday 18 May Da Bruno A Casa will open its doors, on Tuesday 19 the terraces of Da Bruno Sul Mare on the Paseo Marítimo, on Wednesday 20, Da Bruno Cabopino and finally on Friday 22 Da Bruno San Pedro. The schedule will be uninterrupted in the establishments, from 13,00 to 23,00 h to be able to attend so much to noon as the evening night.
A business group with almost half a century of experience and more than 25 years on the Costa del Sol, and that has prepared the return during this confinement, with the same essence that has characterized it during this time, prioritizing the quality and the hospitality to the client. All these restaurants were already working with home deliveries and take away orders, with a huge degree of satisfaction in the customers, both for the quality of the proposals, and for the exhaustive respect of all the safety, hygiene and distance rules in the preparation and in the deliveries.
MAXIMUM HYGIENIC MEASURES, WITH A QR CODE TO DOWNLOAD THE LETTER IN THE MOBILE
From now on, the Da Bruno Group's restaurants will gradually open in person, respecting the regulations required by the State of Alarm according to the stages of de-escalation. All the personnel that has joined up to the moment, already passed the test of the Coronavirus in a satisfactory way, and of course it will be provided with elements of protection in the hands and in the facial area and so that the clients feel as comfortable as possible, it will be respected to the maximum the distance of security foreseen, and the payment with card as far as possible.
Likewise, at the entrance to the restaurant, hydro-alcoholic gels will be provided; specific personnel can be found to provide guidance on the new rules of use and help with access to the different areas of the restaurant. To avoid contagion, a QR code has been designed to download the menu of dishes to the mobile phone, although there will also be a printed and laminated menu that will be disinfected after each use. A protocol will also be established so that customers can access the services in a comfortable and safe way, avoiding that they can be used by more than one diner at a time.
In the kitchen area, staff will be provided with PPE protection elements, and permanent cleaning will be carried out throughout the day.
All the professionals of kitchen, room and administration of Da Bruno Group have followed the protocols of reopening of the Ministry of Health established in the ministerial order nº SND 399/ 2020 OF 9 MAY published in the BOE, which establishes some measures in order that this reopening is the safest possible, and guarantees its permanence in the time. From cleaning and hygiene formulas in kitchens and bathrooms; to working protocols in the preparation of dishes and preventive actions to avoid contagion in table service.
In addition, in its eagerness to continue advancing in all the matters of the tourist and restoration industry, Da Bruno Group is going to initiate training courses in prevention of labor risks, specialized in Covid-19, for all its workers.
