These days almost everyone likes toe at healthily. Of course, the ingredients we use are of paramount importance. Not too much fat, not too much sugar, more vegetables. Despite all that, I dare to say, it is useless if we shallow the most biological food in a hurry, without sitting at a table and without the company of our dearest people. The soul needs to be as healthy as the body.
There is a religion in India that has a philosophy based exclusively on having good thoughts, good words and doing good actions. What a great way to live in harmony! And even better if used as our table philosophy! Sitting with your friends and family, talking with affection, thinking in positive, helping each other with good moods.
