Yesterday, November 11, 2015, was held the Night Goose in our restaurants. Sul Mare was full. Our guests enjoyed as well our typical Broadway show which made them travel to New York of the 50s and 60s.
This rich cultural mix was based on the traditional German evening in honor of St. Martin of Tours, Saint of the poor. They say that as a soldier he took pity on a poor who was cold. Upon seeing him, he dismounted from his horse and broke his cloak in half to shield him from the cold.
Once again, the Da Bruno staff was turned towards this celebration preparing a delicious dish of roast goose with red cabbage, potato dumpling with glazed chestnuts, tasting the pure German style.
Many Germans attended our restaurant in Cabopino and more than 45 servings of Goose were requested. In Mijas, they enjoyed a pleasant evening with entertainment with the singer Ricardo and goose was also ordered from home.
