A total of 71 Michelin stars met in Marbella on Monday, April 18th as a tribute to the French chef Joël Robuchon. The event, held at chef Dani Garcia Malaga's restaurant, brought together prestigious chefs and world-renown culinary and cultural personalities from the Costa del Sol, including Bruno Filippone, founder of the Da Bruno group.
Chefs like Ferran Adrià (el Bulli Foundation), Joan Roca (El Celler de Can Roca) and Paco Roncero (La Terraza del Casino) gathered the A Cuatro Manos culinary event, which was organized by Dani Garcia and took place from April 18th to the 21st.
Joël Rocuchon, whose restaurants have brought in a total of 28 Michelin stars, received special recognition at this year's edition for his professional career. As a tribute, prestigious national and international chefs scene developed a menu with some of the French chef's typical dishes.
Bruno Filippone, present at the exclusive dinner, was able to share an evening with other noteworthy attendees like Joan Roca, considered one of the best chefs in the world who manages El Celler de Can Roca along with his brothers Jordi and Josep, which was chosen the world's best restaurant on several occasions.
