As we've mentioned a few times, here at Da Bruno restaurant we've carefully and affectionately prepared a special summer 2016 menu with various different suggestions for all tastes. Stop in and visit to enjoy it!
The summer 2016 menu features dishes and preparations intended for the sunny season including various entrees, meat, seafood, fresh produce and quality, summary combinations. All of our menu items are born directly in the Da Bruno kitchens thanks to our great team.
Today, we're going to talk about two of the suggestions that you can find on our summer menu. One is a 100% summery, light entree with a high dose of flavor: melon gazpacho. The other is one of our costumer's favorites, our fresh and delicious Pedro Ximenez beef tenderloin with Iberian foie gras and caramelized apple.
Our first recommendation is our own special melon gazpacho. It can be eaten several ways: as a mid-morning, refreshing snack, as a starter or even as an entree in itself. It's a fresh, light, healthy dish made with love.
Our second recommendation is our Pedro Ximinez Beef Tenderloin with Iberian foie gras and caramelized apple. It's an explosion of thoughtful flavor not just for meat lovers, but also for those who are passionate about combining different flavors and textures on a plate.
