Da Bruno offers a special menu containing all the flavor of asparagus on the time of year that stands out for its quality and texture. Green and white varieties offered our land, resulting in fine and elegant dishes to enjoy in good company.
In the menu customers can find the most appetizing dishes to savour this seasonal product. From the simple, but comprehensive white asparagus soup to a spicy sautéed asparagus, or asparagus with veal entrecote and hollandaise sauce or even a combination with ham or fried eggs.
Along with the Asparagus Season held in Da Bruno, the Restaurant Group maintains its standing service of quality and regular dishes in all five restaurants.
